Fascia Exercises for Body Reset Master Class
Sometimes your body needs a reset. Maybe you've had a long week of standing and teaching, you've been sitting too much or you've been through a weekend of teacher training. No matter the reason, this class will teach you the skills you need to get your body or your clients feeling centered. This live master class will have a 15 minute lecture and 45 minutes of movement. You'll learn fascia exercises for the body to reset and then you'll do Pilates Mat to continue the work. You'll use small props in this class: discs, half roller and a theraband.
