Fascia Exercises and Pilates Mat Class

This hour long master class focuses on fascia exercises for the upper body and Pilates Mat. You'll have a 15 minute lecture and 45 minutes of movement with a fascia warm up, fascia exercises for your upper body and Pilates Mat. You'll learn how to connect more to your upper body and keep that connection throughout the mat work. You'll build on the knowledge from the first master class that focuses on the basics of fascia. You can do the weekly master classes in February or just join me for one.
