The Magic of the Pilates Exercise Movement of the SPINE

The Magic of the Pilates Mat Exercises to release tension, get the fascia gliding and move in three dimensions.Here are some of my favorites.

1. Spinal Flexion – Exercise, the Roll UP
2. Spinal Rotation – Exercise, SPINE TWIST
3. Lateral Flexion – Exercise, MERMAID
4. Extension – Exercise, Breast Stroke (prep, full) and swimming (w/ hip extension)

I combined them all into a fluid sequence taking the Classical Pilates Mat and making it three dimensional to target the fascia and with some personal choices in phrasing, breathe, and playfulness.
